At ALLOFFICIALS.in, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds. However, we do provide an exchange option under certain conditions.
Exchange Policy
Note: NO returns or exchanges for the Compression and Ribbed Vest
- We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for the Compression and Ribbed Vest, regardless of the reason. This policy ensures the highest hygiene standards and safeguards the health and safety of our customers.
- Once a product has been billed and dispatched, no changes can be made, and the order cannot be cancelled from our end.
- Items from the 'Offer Sale' period are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Same Pricing or Above: Exchange is possible only for products of the same price or higher. We don't do exchanges for products priced below the original item.
Exchange Policy for the Rest of the Products (Excluding Ribbed Vests & Compression)
- Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are allowed only for size issues* and must be requested within 48 hours from the delivery time. Requests made after the 48-hour window will not be entertained

Conditions for Exchange:
- The product must pass a quality check conducted by our team.
- The product should be undamaged, unworn, and unwashed (no distinct odors, blemishes, or signs of wear, etc.), with original product packing cover.
- If the product does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to decline the exchange request.
- Exchange Process:
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the desired size is unavailable, you will be offered a product exchange same value or more.
- One-time Exchange: We provide only one exchange per order, so please confirm your size carefully.
- Charges for Exchange:
- Exchange charges range from ₹90 to ₹400, depending on your location and product type.
- These charges cover one-way costs as we rely on third-party delivery partners for reverse pickup and delivery of the exchanged product.
- The delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from your location and additional delivery charges for delivering new product back to your location. As there are two-way charges, we request our customers to pay only for one way charges.
- Once the product is picked up, we will promptly process the exchange and ship the replacement to your address. The entire process typically takes 10-15 working days.

Non-Serviceable Pin Codes:
If your area falls under a non-serviceable category for reverse pickup, we will inform you. In such cases, you will need to send the product to us via your local courier service. You will not be charged for the exchange process in this situation.

- If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Store credit Details
- For Prepaid orders, a processing fee of 3% + shipping charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be issued in store credit.

Can I order different color combo in vest?
Please select any one combo to order. You will receive a mandatory confirmation call from our team, during which you can request any changes you’d like, and they will modify the order for you.
Where is my order?
Once your order is placed and processed, you would receive a WhatsApp confirmation which will include all the relevant tracking details regarding your order.
How long will delivery take?
Our orders are been shipped by road so it usually takes within 4-10 working days to get the order delivered.
What if I don’t receive tracking details?

Which delivery companies are we associated with?
Our shipping partners are mostly Delhivery, Ecom Express & Xpress bee. If the address lies in a non-serviceable pin code, we also use domestic delivery partners. You will be notified about the delivery once your order is confirmed.

Why was my order canceled?
The order gets canceled if the shipping address or contact information is incorrect. We request you to please provide us with accurate address and contact details for seamless delivery.

I received a wrong/faulty item or an incomplete order. What do I do?

We will need the following details from you to proceed with replacing your faulty item

- Pictures of evidence of the faulty item

How can I get a refund for my product?
We don’t provide refunds as mentioned in our “return" policy instead we provide a store credit of equal value which can be redeemed within 6 months, However, please contact us to assist you to redeem the store credit at +91 63628 91747.
