Please note - 

• There is no free return policy for size variation. please confirm the correct size before placing an order.
• There are no exchanges or returns for inner-wear items (such as compression garments, ribbed vests) due to hygiene reasons.
• We take full responsibility for the exchange in case the wrong color has been delivered to you.
• If you don't like the product, your amount will be issued as store credit, which you can use to buy our other apparel anytime. We are unable to issue refunds.

         We respect your decision to replace the order if you are unsatisfied with the product. We have a flexible exchange policy. Kindly make sure the product is in resalable condition before returning the product. The shipping cost of the product to be returned is paid by the customer (Return shipment to be taken care of by the user which is usually around 90₹ to 200₹ ) and the shipping charge of the new product will be paid by us(will be taken care of by AllOfficials). In case you do not want to order instantly we issue a store credit of the value of the product returned.

How to request exchange:

Kindly Email us within 48 hours post receiving your order. Communication post the exchange window of 48 hours will not be entertained.

Help us with the following details while communicating to assist you better.

• Your AllOfficials order id.
• Reason of return or exchange.

Please make sure the following return policy guidelines are met:

• Items must be packaged back in their original packaging, along with the original bill.
• The items should be undamaged, unworn, and unwashed (no distinct odors, blemishes, or signs of wear, etc.).
• Photos of the product, packaging, and bill are mandatory to start the return/exchange process.
• If we do not receive the required photos within 48 hours, we will not be able to proceed further, and your exchange/return window will be closed.
• Once we receive the necessary photos and the return pickup payment, we will initiate the return pickup, which will be completed within 48 hours.

We will issue your exchange once the items are received in our warehouse and they meet the returns policy guidelines.

Damaged Product Returns:

We have a strict quality control procedure before shipment. Unfortunately, if the shipped product is damaged, the return shipment will remain our responsibility. We will collect the damaged product and replace it with a new product.
