Partial payment
For orders under ₹1000, a ₹100 upfront payment is required for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. For orders above ₹1000, a 10% upfront payment is required for COD orders.
Order and Delivery
Orders are dispatched every day at 1 PM. If you place your order before 1 PM, it will be packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM will be dispatched the next day.
Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us and a mandatory confirmation call. Once you confirm the order, your order would be processed.
To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address. If an incorrect or incomplete address or phone number is provided, we cannot be held responsible for loss of shipment due to incorrect details provided by you.
We cannot be held liable for any delays or extensions in delivery time caused by the courier company. While we will always make efforts to expedite the delivery in case of delays, we are not responsible for any delays once the items have been dispatched from our facility. As we do not have our own delivery service, we rely on third-party delivery partners, and their operations are beyond our control.
Note: Partial payment will not be refunded if you fail to collect the order at the time of delivery. There will be three delivery attempts, and you must collect the package within these attempts.
If you fail to collect the package and it is returned to us, the upfront partial payment will be non-refundable.
If you wish to have the package re-shipped after it is returned, you will be required to pay the shipping charges for re-shipping the order.
Delivery times vary based on your Pin code:
- Tier-one cities: 4-5 working days
- Tier-two cities: 6-7 working days
- Other areas: 9-12 working days
If your pin code is not serviceable by our primary courier partner Delhivery Pvt. Ltd., we will use a domestic delivery partner (DTDC, Professional Courier, India Post). Please note that with domestic delivery partners, COD will not be available—they only process prepaid orders. You will be informed of this during our confirmation call, and payment must be made upfront for orders shipped via domestic delivery partners.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive the tracking details via email.
